Logistics and Material Management
mLogistics® enables users such as project managers or dispatchers in the back office to manage, plan and execute complex orders: Generally complex orders consist of multiple "simple tasks" organized in a complex network of dependencies.
A project template defines, which task templates are allowed. The configurations of the different task templates are used to specify the suborders of any given project.
A project template can specify the tasks for different business units. The coordination of these tasks is done on an "all projects level" to achieve coordination of complex orders over several departments / business units / companies.
For each project additional skills can be defined (in addition to standard profile skills).
Documents are visible in each suborder (task) and can be connected with the task list of an order.
To define a network relationship between orders a role model is used to define
Visual network planning and visual project process dependencies
Warehouse material and Van stock administration including
Anonymous received goods on delivery and/or Advanced Shipping Notes (ASN)
Material orders from defined stock location, priority orders dependent on task due date, material consumption on premise
Push back of spare parts or material to be returned, supported by barcodes. Arranged recalls.
Stocktaking, stocktaking corrections and stock movements. The administered warehouse/van stock can be organized in bin locations/ sub-warehouses or warehouse areas.
Automatic replenishment of parts in Van stock. For each Van stock a list of materials can be defined with minimal and maximal stock level.
The stocktaking of the Van stock can be arranged spontaneously or centrally.
